These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Easy Bond Cleaning’s website and cleaning services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings and Quotes
Quotes provided through our Instant Quote tool or by phone/email are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may vary if the property’s actual size or condition differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
Access to the Property
You are responsible for arranging safe and timely access to the property at the agreed booking time, whether by key handover, lockbox, or being present. Delays caused by access issues may incur a rescheduling fee.
Our 5-Day Re-Clean Guarantee
If your real estate agent or property manager identifies a cleaning issue on their exit-inspection checklist, notify us within 5 days of your clean and we will return to correct the flagged areas at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to cleaning quality only and does not cover pre-existing property damage, wear and tear, or items outside our original scope of work.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover the reserved time slot.
Payment
Payment is due on or before completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Our team is fully insured for public liability. Please advise us in advance of any fragile, high-value, or sentimental items so we can take extra care.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page.
